Juniors Program
Our award-winning Junior Martial Arts Program is based on what we consider to be the three core values of Junior Martial Arts training: Respect, Discipline and Confidence. Our exciting and fun classes will immediately start to build up these values within your child through positive reinforcement, and you will begin to see results within their first few classes!
Healthy & Fit Kids
We have teamed up with the President's Council on Physical Fitness to make sure that our students eat right and stay in great shape! Our classes make exercise fun, to help keep kids strong, flexible and full of energy!
Safety & Awareness
Our Head Instructors are not only professional Martial Arts teachers, but certified child safety experts. We teach effective self-defense for kids, including stranger safety and anti-bullying skills!
Character Development
Our schools use the Black Belts in Disguise Character Development Program, which was developed by our top instructors, to teach kids Black Belt values like Respect, Team Work, Leadership and more!
